Board Update August 2025

The FUUN Board of Directors met 8/19/25.  We discussed the timeline and board liaison for the year-end appeal to raise the $40,000 still needed to cover our budget. Gary agreed to be the board liaison.  We finalized the agenda for the Board’s annual retreat that will be held on August 23 and began a conversation around the charge of the Committee for Shared Ministry, which we will discuss more at the retreat. The Board discussed a concern that there is a need for fundraising leadership and potential ways to address this concern; this is an important concern that the Board will return to as our governance structure is worked out.
