Board Update August 2026

The FUUN Board met 8/18/26 with guest Steve Jones from the Committee on Shared Ministry (CoSM). The Board and the CoSM will collaborate on town hall meetings anticipated to occur periodically throughout the coming year. The first town hall will be scheduled for 9/27/26 at 11:30 am and is anticipated to last about an hour. The purpose of the town hall meetings is to assess the congregational view of our ministry and to learn more about what we want to achieve in the coming years as we strive to develop a strategic plan. Rachel Rogers was approved as a religious leader who can solemnize marriages. The Board also discussed ways to enhance support for existing members and nurture more fellowship opportunities.
