Board Update July 21, 2026

This was the first board meeting presided over by President Bill Latimer and including new board members Terry O'Neill and Susie Wilcox. We discussed a set of board policies focused on paid staff. Afterward, we discussed the agenda for the upcoming board retreat in August. This led to a conversation on Open Questions, Community Conversations, and the role of our many teams in helping our congregation reach its goals. Our final discussion focused on building interest among adults and particularly youth in attending GA as delegates.
