Team Members Orientation

Leadership Development Team is hosting an Orientation/Training for seasoned and new members of all church teams. The orientation/training will include:
how to create a team mission/vision/covenant that addresses how the teams" purpose fits with the mission/vision of the larger FUUN congregation;
how to solidify answers to "what do we do?" "how do we know we are doing it?" How do we know when we are done?";
how to run a successful meeting;
answer burning questions.
