Adult Programming

Adult Faith Formation

Unitarian Universalist Churches recognize that faith formation happens in numerous ways, including educational classes, social justice opportunities, worship, and activities such as art, meditation, and more. Members, regular attendees, and guests can all participate in the following types of faith formation.

Education

Classes, workshops, and discussion groups about topics such as UU values, religious history, ethics, and scriptures.
Spiritual growth

Programs that encourage fellowship and spiritual practice, such as daily spiritual practices, retreats, and connecting with a spiritual leader.
Social justice

Service projects and programs that address social justice issues.
Self-acceptance

Programs that help build self-esteem and self-acceptance, such as sexuality education.
Community

Small group ministries and affinity groups that help participants get to know each other and themselves.
