FUUN Board Meeting Summary
February 18, 2025
• Discussion related to ongoing board goals:
CRE usually has 20 children on Sundays
A policy for individuals groups to plan events and ongoing programs at the church was reviewed.
• There was discussion related to hiring a new Religious Education professional. Interviews have been completed.
• The Annual Meeting was tentatively set for June 1, 2025.
• The slide deck from the midyear meeting is now available on the website.
• Church staff and the Finance team are reviewing insurance proposals with a focus coverage details.
• A change in one section of the bylaws to make it compatible with the proposed Letter of Agreement with a new minister will be presented at the Annual Meeting in June.
• We discussed how to create access to the church archives, an ongoing process. The Board expressed interest in allowing access to church policy and bylaw documents as soon as possible.
