Literacy Day on the Hill

Please join Representative Justin Jones, local bookstores, librarians, educators, and students of all ages in celebrating "Read Across America Week," with the first annual, "Literary Day on the Hill." Come share your favorite books, enjoy stories from local authors, and listen to timely discussions about critical challenges facing our public libraries and increasing literacy across Tennessee.

This event celebrates diverse literature, and the importance of storytelling, and will showcase fantastic novels, children's books, and classics that have been banned or challenged. Now more than ever we must defend and protect our FREEDOM TO READ!
